No scripts. No integrations. If your team can do it on a computer, AltOps can learn the workflow and run it for you 24/7.

Taught, not configured

Learned from your people.

Nobody wrote down how the work actually gets done, so we don’t ask you to. Your team records a workflow and talks through it, and AltOps operates the screen the same way they do. Nothing to wire up: no selectors, no APIs, no connectors.

Recording

Taught by recording

An employee records their screen and narrates the work. That becomes a skill an agent can run. No code, no process doc.

“We always go to Uline here. They’re the only one who ships in under 48 hours, and that’s the date the customer is holding us to.”

Narration

Captures the why

The narration is where the judgment lives: why this supplier, why that approval, why the price got overridden.

No integration

No API, no connector

No integration project and no connector to buy. If one of your people can run it on a screen, an agent can be taught to run it too.

Deployment

Run it your way.

Let us host it, or run it entirely on your own machines. The security posture holds either way.

Every customer gets a separate deployment of their own. The automations built for you run only for you. They are never shared with or reused for another customer.

AltOps Cloud

We host it. You get an isolated environment of your own.

What you get

Encryption
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, end to end.
Isolation
A separate deployment per customer. Your automations run only for you — nothing is shared with or reused for another customer.
Credentials
Held in a password manager inside your deployment. Agents sign in there, 2FA included, and the secrets never leave.
Model training
Your recordings, documents and order data are never used to train any model.
Data residency
No business data is retained outside your deployment. Pricing, margins and customer list stay put.
AltOps Desktop

Runs on your own machines or your cloud. Your AI employee, on your infrastructure.

What you get

Local-first
Workflow state and task history stay on your endpoint, under your disk encryption and device policy.
Network
Internal services bind to localhost. Normal operation needs no inbound access.
Recorder
Off by default. It starts only when someone deliberately begins a session, and is not background monitoring.
Automation browser
A dedicated profile, separate from anyone's personal browsing.
AI provider
Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key, or use AltOps-provided commercial API access.
LLM gateway
A stateless pass-through that stores, logs and inspects nothing. It checks a license header, strips it, and forwards the request untouched.
Central footprint
Only your license record and anti-abuse telemetry. No workflow content, credentials or business data.

What our clients say

Promo distributors already running their back office on AltOps

Most AI tools ask you to change how you work. AltOps just watches how you already do it. In my demo with the team, they showed me how it learns a workflow straight from a screen recording and a voice narration: no APIs, no dev project, no six-week implementation. For a promo distributor still running order entry and reconciliation by hand, that's the difference between a tool that sits on a shelf and one your team actually uses. This is exactly the kind of AI integration I tell my clients to go looking for.

The automation saves us a great deal of time, allowing us to focus on high level tasks. I love that you can just run it in the background while doing other tasks, and that even notifications for review items are automated. Working with the team has been and continues to be a great experience. So responsive and quick to fix errors encountered along the way, and they provide recommendations to further improve the automations.

FAQ

Everything you’re wondering.

Still weighing it up? Here’s how the agents learn, what they can reach, and what stays private to you. Anything we missed is a quick call away.

AltOps builds AI agents that learn your back office by watching your team work. An employee records their screen and says out loud why they’re doing what they’re doing. We turn that into a skill an agent can run on its own cloud computer: signing into your ERP, supplier portals and spreadsheets and doing the job the same way.

Someone runs the workflow once with our recorder on, narrating as they go. The demonstration gives us the steps; the narration gives us the judgment: why that supplier, why that exception, why the price was overridden. From then on the agent runs it, and every time someone corrects an edge case the skill updates.

Browser agents stop at the edge of a tab and classic RPA breaks the moment a button moves. Neither one knows the rules that were never written down, and both trip the bot protection (like Cloudflare) that scripted automation sets off. AltOps has a full desktop, runs a real browser and reads the live screen the way a person does, so it clears those challenges and is taught by your team rather than specified by an engineer.

Neither. That’s the point: the systems this work lives in usually don’t have usable APIs, so there’s nothing to integrate. Your team records the workflows they already run, we handle onboarding with you, and most teams are live in days.

Yes. Because an agent runs a real browser on a full desktop and works the screen the way a person does, the bot checks and challenge pages that stop scripts and headless bots (Cloudflare and the like) don’t stand in its way. You sign it into the portals you already use, and it operates them exactly as your team would.

Order entry, reconciliation and quoting are where we started: transcribing webstore and email orders into the ERP, matching shipping and vendor invoices back to the right job, and sourcing, pricing and building quotes. Anything a person does on a screen can be recorded and added.

Each deployment runs in its own isolated environment, with credentials stored in a password manager inside it and live view and takeover available at any moment. What an agent learns about a shared supplier (fees, minimums, lead times, portal quirks) makes onboarding faster for everyone. Your pricing, margins, approval rules and customers never leave your deployment.

B2B distribution: promotional products, commercial printing, branded apparel, wide-format signage and industrial wholesale. Small teams, high order volume, the same suppliers and the same software, and a lot of knowledge that only exists in people’s heads.
