AI is moving quickly, and for most real businesses knowing where to start is still the hard part. The value shouldn’t be locked behind buzzwords, pilot projects, and tools that never reach the work floor.
Being close to distribution showed us where to begin. The people running these businesses hired their team to think, and that team spends the day copying order details between systems, chasing suppliers for a status, and matching invoices back to jobs by hand. None of it is written down anywhere, so none of it could be automated — every tool on the market wanted a spec, an API, or an engineer.
So we built the opposite. Someone records the work and explains it out loud, the agent runs it on its own computer, and every correction makes the skill sharper — the loop a new hire goes through, except you only have to run it once. We started with distribution because we know the work up close. Over time we want to bring the same practical support to every industry that runs on screens nobody documented.

The knowledge was never written down
Process docs describe the happy path. The judgment — why this supplier, why that approval, why the price got overridden — lives in people's heads. So we learn it from them instead of asking anyone to document it.
Software should meet the systems that exist
The tools this work runs on rarely have usable APIs, and they aren't going to grow them. An agent that needs an integration can't help. One with its own computer can start on Monday.
The operator should stay in charge
Agents stop for sign-off where the money is, hand the screen back when something looks wrong, and take a correction once. Nobody should have to explain the same exception twice.
Start where the work is heaviest
Small teams, high order volume, the same suppliers and the same software every day. B2B distribution carries more manual work per head than almost anywhere else, and we know it up close.
