Owner and CEO, HF Custom Solutions

Joe founded HF Custom Solutions in 2012 as a one-person operation run from his house in Fort Worth, and has built it into a promotional products and branded merchandise company serving businesses worldwide, growing the team from three people to more than twenty. In 2019 HF joined Facilisgroup, a $1.3 billion buying group of more than 240 distributors, and roughly doubled its revenue in the years that followed; Joe also serves on an advisory board at Facilisgroup. He was named to Fort Worth's 40 Under 40 in 2022, and in 2025 was a Fort Worth Inc. Entrepreneur of Excellence finalist, with HF nominated for Fort Worth Small Business of the Year.

Eric Granata

Founder, PromoPilot

Eric is the founder of PromoPilot, a technology consulting and automation firm that helps print and promotional products distributors automate busy-work and connect the apps they already run on, built on his conviction that you don't need to write code to transform a business. He spent more than a decade on the distributor side of the industry, first as Director of E-Commerce at ROBYN Promotions and then as Chief Technology Officer at Brand Fuel, a globally recognised promotional products agency. Before that, he and his wife ran a boutique creative agency focused on design and web development. Eric holds the CAS credential from PPAI and is a regular voice on technology in promo, including as a panelist on real-world AI tools at The PPAI Expo Conference.

Eliam Medina

Eliam Medina

Co-founder, Telora

Eliam founded Willing, the Y Combinator company that lets people write a legal will without a lawyer. Backed by Y Combinator, Ashton Kutcher's Sound Ventures, 500 Startups and Gary Vaynerchuk, Willing created close to ten thousand wills within weeks of its launch and grew to serve customers across the United States before it was acquired by MetLife in 2019, where Eliam stayed on as a vice president through 2021. Before Willing he was a vice president at Burger King under 3G Capital, where he helped drive the chain's digital turnaround, and before that an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company. He is an angel investor in consumer, legal and fintech companies, has lived in the Dominican Republic, California, New York, Brazil and Mexico, and is based in Miami. Today he is the co-founder of Telora, a fellowship that helps hackers start startups.
